Wir haben uns aufgrund einer Visaverlängerung für Visa Indonesia entschieden und ihnen den Auftrag gegeben uns für die Verlängerung zu unterstützen. Als die Agentur bemerkt hat, dass unser Visum lediglich 1 Tag nicht mehr gültig wäre, haben sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir auch eine Overstaygebühr bei der Abreise bezahlen können (weniger Zeitaufwand und Kosten). Ich hatte eine wirklich super Erfahrung mit dem Bali Visum Team! Ich habe meine Visumsverlängerung leider bis zum allerletzten Tag hinausgezögert, war komplett mein Fehler. Trotzdem hat das Team extrem schnell reagiert, war jederzeit freundlich und professionell und hat mich Schritt für Schritt durch den gesamten Prozess begleitet. Dank ihrer Unterstützung konnte ich meinen Antrag noch rechtzeitig einreichen und eine Overstay-Strafe vermeiden. Alles lief absolut reibungslos, obwohl es wirklich sehr kurzfristig war!
