Quick and efficient. I have been using Virtual Offices for over 5 years and never had a problem. Staff is courteous and responsive. Good with communicating any changes.

Just opened Virtual Office in the NYC & Costumer Service from BSSI helped through sign on process & helped prefill USPS Forms, surprisingly calling costumer service was prompt with actual live person at the other end. it's my first month so lets see further how it goes eith actual service & will update the review, my main concern is how easily would I be able to stop by roughly once a week to pick up the mail or checks etc..
