Had a night stay with family, wherein I felt the rooms are well maintained and good, however, we were told there is no service staff to place the extra bed (charged in addition to the room) so couldn’t avail that service, our disappointment rose when we and other guests had to wait almost 30minutes to get breakfast - there is no spread , just order and they will prepare limited food options - only thatu dosa, or puttu which took them almost an hour to serve - average! The reason they quoted delayed service is due to Xmas lunch - so conveniently the guests who stayed over night were asked to skip their breakfast:) funny indeed- hope they take absolute cognisant about their ways to serve guests better in the future!
