I have multiple fibroids and some were protruding in my lower abdomen. I always felt very full and bloated. I was not ready for a hysterectomy and was referred to UFE but the wait to have the first consultation with my original healthcare provider was 3 months. I could not wait and looked around myself and luckily got referred to Dr. Singh. I called Dr. Singh's office to schedule an appointment. Monica answered my phone and I knew I asked a lot of weird questions about how insurance was billed, the legal entity name of Dr. Singh's office as I had bad experience with my previous provider on insurance dealing (and I must verify whether the provider was in-network). Monica was amazing and she answered all my questions professionally and efficiently. I was scheduled to have my first consultation with Dr. Tandon within a week and scheduled my UFE within a month. During this time, I exchanged emails with Sarah as well. Sarah is truly exceptional and professional. Again, she answered all my questions professionally within a very short period of time. A day before my procedure, Monica called to collect the copay and she also reminded me to wear loose clothing which I truly appreciated (and it really made everything easy on the procedure day). Besides, Monica helped me handle the EDD forms which I truly received white glove services from her. On the procedure day, the nurse (Michael) helped me with check- in, covered me with a heated blanket, hooked me up with IV which made the entire process a breeze. The procedure was easy and painless. I received the best care ever from the care team. The team helped me with getting out of the bed to use restroom when I was still under sedation and was not 100% conscious of what I was doing. There was a lot going on after the procedure (like a lot of people talking, the medical devices monitoring my vitals, I felt so disoriented) but Dr. Singh patted my leg and told me that the procedure was done and everything went well which really made me feel relieved and I knew my doctor was talking to me. I was released after a few hours. The pain after the procedure was very manageable. I also got a call from the care team the next day to check on my status and schedule a follow-up appointment. A week after the UFE procedure, my abdomen has already been softened up. I don't feel as bloated/full as before and I am truly positive about my recovery process. Needless to mention, both Dr. Tandon and Dr. Singh are professional, respectful, caring, calm and candid throughout the entire process. They answered my questions in a way that I truly feel confident of having them do the procedure for me/taking care of my issue. I truly thank VIP Fibroid Center for providing the best care to me! The process of looking for treatment/doctor was very stressful but Dr. Singh's office made me feel I was being treated like a real patient and with the support I need.

I had my fibroid removed by Dr. Rajeev Tandon at VIP Fibroid Center, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Before the procedure, I struggled with heavy bleeding, severe cramping and constant fatigue. The care team and doctor were amazing; they explained everything clearly and made me feel so comfortable. Recovery was smooth, and now I feel healthier, lighter, and full of energy. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with fibroids!

I have been under care at VIP for the past few months and have had nothing but positive experiences. Like others dealing with fibroids, I wasn't interested in the surgical options presented to me, so I looked further and found VIP Fibroid center. Both Dr. Tandon and Dr. Singh are professional, skilled, caring and easy to communicate with. The office staff, which is such a huge part one's experience at a clinic, is amazing! Both Monica and Sarah having been so warm, kind, patient, proactive and easy to work with, especially around insurance dealings. I highly recommend this clinic if you are suffering from fibroids and are looking for other options besides surgery.

Dr. Singh has been so knowledgeable and so professional with his approach to my medical needs. I felt very weary about trying to find a clinic that could help me. I didn’t wanna go through a full blown surgery so I was happy that I had options. I felt that my case was a little more complicated than most but after meeting Dr. Singh I knew that I could put my trust in him. He’s an expert and knew what he was doing. He was so kind and comforting and really put me to ease for the procedure I needed. Monica was so great about communicating with me consistently to make sure I had the appointments I needed at the right time and worked with my schedule. She was so supportive and always made sure I felt like a million dollars no matter what my concerns and questions were. No time was too early or too late to get a reply from her. We corresponded with each other for over 6 months before we met in person and it felt like we were lifelong friends. The hug she gave me when I came to my first consultation made me feel like I became family to her. That hug is the kind of hug you get at the airport when you arrive to your destination and your family who hasn’t seen you in 20 years is elated to see you. I knew she was a beautiful soul through all the emails and calls we made but meeting her in person confirmed she was a beauty inside and out. I highly recommend this clinic and this great team. I hope my fibroid journey is behind me (as I am still healing) but if I’m back on this path again in the future I know that I will be taken good care of by the VIP Fibroid Center and their team. I dont wish fibroids on anyone but if you’re reading this review right now, you’re in the right place. This is where your healing begins.

I have been under care here for the past 6 months and this is the only office where the entire staff (front desk , schedulers and Dr.Singh) have been caring and compassionate. They are very thorough with communicating about appointments and insurance benefits , very upfront about the costs . Response time to emails and voicemails is less than 2hrs . Also, very proactive about co-ordinating the patient’s care with other medical offices . Big shout out to Sarah , Monica and Lauren(hope I have the right names)for their amazing support . I had consulted several other interventional radiologists in the past, but I went with Dr.Singh for treatment after the first consult . He made me understand the diagnoses , treatment options and prognosis very accurately along with pros and cons of the procedure . Highly recommend this office for interventional radiology.

Dr. Tandon is very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff are super helpful and friendly. The whole process was very easy on my side. The staff helped to book all the appointments and transferred all my medical records (ultrasound, blood test etc). I was able to schedule a Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) within a month. Dr. Tandon performed the procedure successfully. I was given detailed instructions for recovery and the doctors were readily reachable by phone. Before I visited VIP Fibroid Center, I had suffered from anemia for two years due to fibroids. Within three months after the procedure, my hemoglobin has returned to normal. I am more energetic and have my life back. I am very grateful to Dr. Tandon and the whole team at VIP Fibroid Center.

I had such a wonderful experience. Prior to the surgery Dr Singh explained what was to come. Dr.Singh and the surgical staff was great. I believe when I checked in it was Fatima. She made me feel very comfortable pre and post surgery. Monica, in the office at the front desk was awesome. She reassured by explaining the process and possible after care treatments that may or may not happened. There was a follow up call from Sarah. I believe she was also the person that explained what my insurance covered. I was very satisfied that was actually part of their patient awareness protocol. Getting surgery and receiving a final bill for monies you were not aware of is never a good thing. I believe I received a $9 credit in the form of a check. Unexpected but great. It was also good to know and reassuring that Monica also went through the same surgery. I would definitely recommend VIP Fibroids Center.

I have suffered with fibroids for years. In the last year I started to experience bulk symptoms. One of my three fibroids was pressing on the nerves in my lower back causing pain and numbness in my left leg. I went to two different gynecologist both of whom suggested I get a hysterectomy. I really didn’t want a hysterectomy and I reached out to the VIP fibroid center. Monica who answers the calls was so nice and knowledgeable. She was the first person I had ever talked to who understood what I was experiencing and more importantly she listened to me and didn’t make me feel like the symptoms couldn’t be from the fibroids. From there I met with Doctor Tandon and he was great. He validated my concerns about having a hysterectomy and explained that I could have relief with uterine artery embolization. I feel renewed after the procedure. I now know that having three large fibroids in my abdomen was really impacting my quality of life. The recovery from the procedure was about ten days and on the tenth day I woke up feeling better than I’ve felt in years. I recently had knee surgery and I was not healing. I have made more progress in the last two weeks since my procedure than in the last three months. I know they normally say it takes a couple of months to see the results but for me it really has been immediate. Even my physical therapist is amazed at how well I’m doing. I went from two crutches and a knee brace to just one crutch in two weeks. Every day I’m getting a little stronger. I can’t thank the VIP fibroid clinic enough for what they have done for me. Everyone was so nice and I felt really well cared for by the staff and doctors. The whole process was surprisingly easy. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago.

I was able to make an appointment at VIP Fibroid Center easily and fast within a week. Dr. Anup Singh listened to, understood, and gave appropriate suggestions and guidance about my concerns. It felt like a relief while juggling in the healthcare system.
