VIP America was very easy to deal with when we were looking for care for my 90 year old mother. They were always proactive and found a replacement care giver whenever our regular caregiver was not available. Ruth, our caregiver, was very compassionate and nurturing when working with my mother who has dementia. We will certainly call them again when we return to Florida. Thank you for the great service and care.

Zuli Is the most compassionate and loving soul I have met in an extremely long time words can’t explain how she cares for my mom Marsee. It’s extremely rare how someone can have so much love and compassion. I love her to the moon and back. She puts a smile on my mom‘s face at all times. Zuli Goes above and beyond with everything she does for caring for my mom to make sure she is good and happy before she departs for the day. I would refer her to anyone and everyone that needs someone’s filled with such love and true compassion for others thank you so much. Zuli We all love you!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about María Zuleyka Solari. The love, compassion, patience, and care she gives to our grandmother, Marsha Stirp, goes far beyond anything we could have hoped for in a caretaker. María doesn’t just do her job — she truly treats my grandmother like family and makes her feel safe, comfortable, loved, and completely at home every single day. She consistently goes above and beyond in every way possible, always making sure my grandmother is happy, cared for, and treated with dignity and kindness. The peace of mind she gives our entire family is priceless. It is rare to find someone with such a genuine heart and dedication. We are beyond grateful for María and honestly consider her part of our family now. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have someone as special as her caring for their loved one.

VIP America is the 1st true, and professional Home Health agency that I have had in 21 years. Susan is an excellent RN, she really cares and know how patients should be treated. Amanda is great with scheduling staff and explaining ahead of time the client's needs and disabilities, that truly makes a difference in patient care. They are motivated to satisfy, ensure safety, and promote happiness with their clients. I am truly satisfied with the care I receive. I have had a wonderful experience with Susan the RN and my, they make me feel special and happy. caregivers' kind gentle fragile with my spinal cord neck, can't bend it. I'm wheelchair bound, and losing my voice they let me handwrite. Charmain is a wonderful caregiver that meets all my needs and disabilities, she is so kind and fragile she knows I cannot bend my straight neck and losing my voice, Also Andromeda, for the weekend, was an excellent caregiver, extremely hard working, gentle.
