Many heartfelt thanks to Suzanne and Stu. I purchased a vintage platinum diamond wedding band similar to one that was dear to me that I misplaced. After several emails back and forth they answered all my questions and I felt confident to go ahead with the purchase. Stu even called me before shipping to disclose a detail about the ring that wasn’t mentioned in the description. It was important for him to disclose it and I really appreciated his honesty doing so. My ring arrived safely and was carefully wrapped and boxed. I opened it in my car and was in tears as it was looked exactly like the one I misplaced! Suzanne and Stew were both a pleasure to work with. I bought a beautiful art deco ring from them, which they did a great job sizing for me. Upon seeing the ring in person, and looking at different rings on their website, I changed my mind and wanted to purchase a different ring. They were incredibly understanding and give me no problem with the return. They make a great husband and wife team with Suzanne covering the back of house and Stew the jewelry information. Excellent selection. Photography for their pieces are excellent, but when I received the ring I purchased it was even more stunning in-person! Sales team reached out minutes after I completed my order to confirm the size and delivery address; great customer service. My fiancé and I sought out Vintage Diamond Ring for an '20s era engagement ring after great difficulty finding this style anywhere else. We reached out via email and asked to see ~5 different rings. They were put aside for us and we made an appointment to go try them on in person, though there is the option to have rings mailed to you for trial. We met with Stuart who presented the rings to us in excellent condition with all relevant information available. Having visited many different jewelers in my search for a ring, I found his disposition rare; he wasn't trying to push anything on us, he simply gave laid the rings out before us and allowed us to try them all and answered all questions we had. In speaking with him it was clear that Stuart genuinely appreciates the artistry of the jewelry he carries. After all, he himself curates it. On top of all that, he offers free re-sizing with a Jeweler that he trusts.
For our next such purchase, we will absolutely be giving Stewart another visit.

Good experience. Bought two rings and one needed to be returned bc of changed plans and they were gracious about the return. Seems like a family run small business. Both rings were in excellent condition and looked just like the pics. The prices seem fair to me. I would buy again from this company.

These are beautiful, quality rings - they have so many wonderful ones it was hard to choose just one! Stuart and Suzanne were incredibly helpful and accommodating, as we came from Chicago to buy our engagement ring. They showed us all the rings we wanted to see and answered all our questions. I was particularly concerned about ethically sourced diamonds and Stuart explained it all in detail.

Great ring and incredible service. I waited too long to order the engagement ring and had planned to propose on an upcoming trip. When I missed the UPS driver, I called them and they went out of there way to work with me to get the ring to me before we left on our trip. Lifesavers!

I found the perfect ring from the 1940’s symbolizing my parents first engagement ring during WWII.
