I was back to Vines Guildford last Wednesday for some basic maintenance work and delighted to find that the level of service they offer remains at the 5 star status that I have previously awarded them. From the delightful reception I was given on my arrival to the regular updates I received from Blake, I couldn’t fault any part of their service!
If you own a BMW and looking for a quality service provider I would seriously recommend Vines of Guildford.

By far the best BMW Dealershio I’ve ever experienced having relocated and been to many over decades. Attention to detail and ‘listening ‘ . Service advisor Elena McGrath is a credit to your company . All staff were friendly . Courteous . Sometimes numerous but maintained professionalism at all times. .. superb and actually not dreading an issue if I get one with my pride and joy again.

Great customer service from Ellen at the service desk. Main dealer prices, but great customer care. The workmanship also appears to be of high standard. For these reasons I will return to Vines of Gatwick for as long as I can afford to do so.

Had my F80 M3 serviced by Vines of Guildford on 1 April and the whole experience was smooth from booking to collection. Even the use of Enterprise for the hire / courtesy car was pretty seamless. A great showroom too, spotlessly clean, everyone very helpful and some great areas where you can work while you wait - or look at the selection of new cars. Highly recommended.

Brought a S 1000R from guildford Motorrad. The customer service received from Marcus was exceptional. From entering the branch on a saturday, to picking the bike up on a monday I was given clear information from a very knowledgable sales person from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble. Great Job BMW Mottorad Guildford im sure ill be back again
