I recently took a kitesurfing course at Vindskolen, and it was an unexpectedly comprehensive experience. Our instructor covered all aspects of kiting, from setting up the gear to reading wind conditions and safety procedures. Even when the wind wasn’t ideal, he adapted quickly and introduced us to windfoiling, which was a great alternative and a challenge master all the skills. If you're in Stavanger and looking for a memorable holiday activity, I highly recommend trying these sports at Vindskolen.

Great course with a great trainer. We had great fun, learned a lot about kiting and foiling, the conditions, gear, safety measures and how to handle the kite.
Valentin is very flexible and patient, helped us to do things in our own rhythm, supervising us and giving us great feedback. We spent two great days on the beach. I can only recommend starting your kiting journey here ☺️

I recently did a kite skiing course with Valentin from Vindskolen, and it was amazing. I booked it last minute, and he took the time to carefully talk me through everything I needed to know the night before, and provided all the kit I needed. On the course, he took us to some great spots each day to make the most of the weather, and by the first lunchtime we could use all of the equipment safely, and were having a blast kite-skiing around, getting helpful tips on technique etc. I'll be thoroughly recommending a kite skiing course with Vindskolen to my friends and family in the UK!

Jeg på 2 dagers privat Kitekurs på Hardangervidda- Skulevika med Vindskolen i helgen, og det var skikkelig bra. Jeg lærte masse og akkurat de tingene jeg ønsket meg. Og Valentin Launay ga seg ikke før jeg fikk det til. Han er god på å gi feed back og etter endt kurs får du en liste på mail over ting du bør øve mer på og hvordan. Jeg anbefaler han på det varmeste🪁💨🗻

I highly recommend Vindskolen.no and Valentin! He is a very competent instructor with deep knowledge in all aspects of kiting. In addition very serviceminded and pleasent to be around!
