Regarding the location, the villa is situated in a pine forest overlooking Málaga Bay, approximately a five-minute taxi ride from the nearest bars, restaurants and shops, and around ten minutes from Málaga’s historic city centre. A car is convenient but not essential.Regarding the air conditioning, it was switched on before arrival, and guests are asked not to alter the controls. On the first day, your photographs showed that the underfloor heating had somehow been switched on, despite the instructions displayed on the wall beneath the control stating that it is intended for winter use only. We provided instructions to turn it off and remotely reset the air-conditioning system. No further complaints about the AC were received during the stay.Regarding your friend’s missing USA-to-EU plug adapter, it was not present in the villa when you checked out, so it appears to have been misplaced elsewhere. We offered a complimentary USA-to-EU adapter so you could charge your phone before your flight, but you did not respond. The Apple charger that was found was returned to you.
