Abbiamo alloggiato per alcuni giorni nell’appartamento sole. Come dice il nome l’appartamento è pieno di luce. E’ moderno, pulito e ordinato. Il signor Antonio è molto disponibile e una mattina ci ha anche fatto trovare dei croissant per colazione, molto apprezzati. Torneremo sicuramente. Unico punto di attenzione se si vogliono dei terrazzi, scegliere altri appartenenti a disposizione della villa. La villa si trova fronte mare.

Exceptional ☺ Wonderful stay at Villa Riviera on November to get some sun and sea! Perfect, quiet location, delicious food around. Hospitality, attention to details and prompt answer to questions - this is what we got at Villa Riviera:) Huge crossaints on the first morning was very delicious surprise, grazie! ☹ A bit more humidity but there is A/C heating and event portable heater kn the bath so this was very good.

Exceeded all my expectations. ☺ Loved everything about our stay. Antonio treated us like family. Couldn't get a more accommodating and kind host, from helping us bring in our luggage to the delicious croissants he left on the door for breakfast. The location is perfect straight across from the beach. The apartment is very clean, large and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The complex is quiet and it is very private and overlooks a beautiful garden. The washer/dryer was great and the TV had so many free channels couldn't decide what to watch. Great space for families. The free parking straight out the front complex was perfect. I would give this 11 stars if I could. ☹ Nothing. Loved everything

Great stay at Villa Riviera 287. Antonio was a great host. ☺ The booking was made on short notice and we were accommodated immediately. We had everything we needed and Antonio was very helpful with providing us with great recommendations for dinner. It was very nice to have 2 very large croissants delivered to the room for breakfast. ☹ Nothing.

The apartment was in a quiet area, very comfortable and even had mosquito nets on the windows. It was very close to the beach and within easy access to town centre ☹ The wifi was a bit problematic

If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in large part because the apartment was so fabulous. Sipping prosecco on the balcony while our kids enjoyed the private forest after a fun day at the beach? Literally the stuff of dreams. Book it! You won’t regret it.
