The folks that do the actual application do a good job. My lawn is green and relatively free of weeds. The only negative I have, and the reason I didn't give five stars, is that the LawnMan office in Germantown, TN, does a very poor job of communicating or addressing issues right away. The local folks are good but the home office is not. For example, they sent a mass email to their customers wanting to schedule a date to do aeration but no information on the cost. I emailed the person identified in the email and requested a quote but I never received a response. That seems to be a common theme with their home office. I wish I could just communicate directly with the local office and I'm sure things would be handled quickly and efficiently.
My yard has definitely received many compliments from the neighbors since I have been with Lawnman yard service. Thank you very much for the best service I’ve ever had from a lawn service, and I’ve tried several. I’m very satisfied with this company and I highly recommend you all to my neighbors, family and friends.
