I was minding my own business to record whatever views that this venue has to offer. However, I was told off loudly and rather rudely by a staff member that he doesn’t want to be recorded. That staff member could have done it tactfully. He is holding a frontline duty and it is part and parcel of the job. If he doesn’t want to be unintentionally recorded or photographed by any of your customers, then a frontline job is not suitable at all. Poor customer service and a poor representative of Boston I encountered as an overseas visitor.

I purchased tickets for the sips and sights experience. The observatory was nice, however we couldn’t get into the bar to use the drink vouchers. We waited in line for over a half an hour before leaving and we were no where near getting in. Very disappointing for timed tickets and frankly a waste of money

Very beautiful views from up there. Nobody explains that there's three floors of stuff to see so if you're not from around here, you might miss something. The outdoor observation deck is amazing. It can get windy so prepare yourself. I imagine the summer time is incredible. The upper most level is indoors and be forewarned if you go at night the reflections are horrible and distracting. With all the technology we have today, we can't figure out how to lower or angle the lights inside so we can see outside? Take your time and walk around and see everything, it's worth it.
