Jose and his team did an amazing job at coming out quickly to take care of backfilling the pit that was left behind after removing our above ground pool. There were literal tons of sand that required removal, before being able to lay soil and seed down, and they took care of that as well! Unfortunately, the week that this project took place, we were hit with about 3 days in a row of substantial rainfall - which lead to a lot of the soil becoming packed down, and about a 2” gap from our existing land to the pit. When we reached out to Jose, he assured us that his team would be back out as soon as the weather was cooperating and they put down more soil and re-seeded. So far, everything is looking great and we couldn’t be happier with the service Vidal Outdoor Concepts has provided!
We have used Vidal’s Snow plowing service for SEVERAL years and that should say it all! Our driveway is extremely long and complicated. Every year they have come in, staked it and taken great care of us.
We have also used their landscaping services for stone walls and driveway extensions. All great work done!
We have used Vidal Snow System Corp for 20+ years to plow our private road. The cost is split between three neighbors and we each pay separately. Vidal SSC has always been very patient while each neighbor pays their share.
We've never been snowed-in. Of course during extremely heavy snow events it can be challenging to reach our house but I don't recall a time when it was completely impossible.
Vidal SSC recently started communicating via email during snow events. This is the best!! We always trusted they would come and clear the snow in time for us to get in and out so now we have a better understanding of what is happening, whether their crews are behind and whether they decided not to come because not enough snow has fallen. I like that there is a 2" threshold because it saves a lot of money. We don't need it to be plowed perfectly. Everyone has a lot of experience driving on snow and ice.

We had a stamped concrete patio installed recently, and it turned out amazing! The crew was professional, on time, and clearly experienced. Jose explained every step of the process and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. The final result looks like natural stone—at a fraction of the cost.
The finish is beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. They completed the job on schedule, cleaned up thoroughly, and the patio has added so much charm and beauty to our backyard. Highly recommend!

Jose and his crew were excellent. Showed up when they said they would. Finished on time. The crew was very patient with me as some changes needed to be done. Very nice work.Highly recommend them for your landscaping needs!
