Amazing and exceeded our expectations. My son and I brought a restoration project to Victor's hoping just for paint and they went above and beyond and straightened body problems, spent the extra time to make it perfect. I will be back again and again and will recommend them highly!! The price was very reasonable for the work we had done. They were very transparent about pricing from start to finish there were no surprises. They walked through each step, and this body shop is head and shoulders above our previous experience at other body shops.

My daughter got into a minor accident while in Jacksonville so we had the car repaired at Victors. This place came highly recommended and I now know why. The work was completed fast and professionally done. They are honest and great to work with. I live in Massachusetts and would highly recommend anyone in Massachusetts to them but they are in Florida. So if you are reading this and in the Jacksonville area and need work completed then this is the right place to go.

I had a good experience at Victor's Body Shop overall! The staff was professional and explained the repair process clearly! The work on my car was done well, and the paint matched nicely. The turnaround time was reasonable, though there was a slight delay with updates. Pricing felt fair for the quality of work. Had my trunk repaired via auto claim on my insurance in Feb. 2025 They left the spoiler off and had to keep the car for additional days. When I got it back, my speakers went out for a few days- but they miraculously rectified themselves. End of Oct. 2025, my trunk and back seat are full of water. The shop fixed the issue free of charge. Car was given back to me dirty and filthy after both repairs with little to no concern for the cleanliness or comfort of my ride.

Had a tire blow out and damaged the fender wheel well. Robert got me in the shop quickly. Lee then brought the car back after a little while, perfectly fixed, and I was on my way. I went to Victor’s yesterday and spoke with Robert about some cosmetic damage on my right front fender. The fender well molding was loose and there was a dent and some marks and paint gouges. Robert went above and beyond. In the near 100° temperatures, he used clips to secure the molding back in place, popped to dent out and used a cleaner to remove a majority of the marks. It looks 90% better and I can live with the rest. THANK YOU!! I have already told several friends and coworkers how great you are. Here are before and after photos.
