Genuinely good infrastructure and the execution quality is the best I've found at retail level. Dropping one star because I had a support interaction that went sideways — got passed between two people, received slightly different information from each, took longer than it should have to get a straight answer. Isolated incident but it happened at a stressful moment. Everything else has been excellent

Came here after my previous platform had a margin call glitch that wiped a position that should've stayed open. Support took four days to respond and offered nothing. Moved everything here out of frustration more than anything. Eight months later that frustration turned into gratitude. Not a single execution issue, withdrawals land next morning, support actually picks up. Sometimes the worst experiences lead you somewhere better.
