Genuinely good infrastructure and the execution quality is the best I've found at retail level. Dropping one star because I had a support interaction that went sideways — got passed between two people, received slightly different information from each, took longer than it should have to get a straight answer. Isolated incident but it happened at a stressful moment. Everything else has been excellent
