After retiring out of the Army I started my second career as a Project Manager. I knew how to do project management in the Army, but had to learn how to lead projects in the civilian world-- Vets2PM training helped me understand not only the verbiage, but helped me prepare to take the PMP by helping me convert military speak to PMP terms. Highly recommend the course for anyone leaving the military to begin a career in project management.
As a recently transitioned military veteran, I wasn't sure what to expect moving into the civilian project management world — but Vets2PM's Master Project Leadership Course made that transition so much smoother. The instructors were outstanding: knowledgeable, patient, and clearly invested in helping veterans succeed. They helped me throughout the entire process from beginning to end and even helping us transition from the military to civilian employment.
What stood out most was how well the team understood our background and translated military leadership experience into project management language that actually resonates with civilian employers. The course is tailored specially for us veterans.

Glad to have been able to find this training/vendor (Vets2PM). Being still on Active Duty status, I needed a training organization that was accommodating and offered different options to take the PMP training. The enrollment through their site and ArmyIgnite (TA funded) was very easy and fast. The online evening live classes were perfect for me. The instructor was very knowledgeable and professional and made the content interesting. I am definitely going back with them to prepare for my aPHR certificate. I already told some of my peers about Vets2PM and how they are right on point with their training and extra free materials to learn.

I used Vets2PM to facilitate my skillbridge opportunity with Siemens. The experience has been phenomenal. Cathy helped me work on my resume and set up interviews with several different companies. There was no pressure to select one and move on. Cathy was continually following up with me throughout the process to see how the interviews went and to get my perspective about how I would fit with the company. Additionally, she was very helpful and supportive when the regulations changed just before my commander could sign the final paperwork. Furthermore, she helped me through my complicated situation of retiring in England, flying to the states, and driving to anchorage Alaska where my skillbridge program took place. Finally, she took care of scheduling conflicts while trying to get a drug screening during my travels. Cathy and the Vets2PM team have been amazing at every turn. They are people you can trust and are truly working for the veteran. I'm so glad I was able to partner with these wonderful people.

Vets2PM resources were instrumental in helping me obtain my PMP certification. If you are pursuing the certification I highly encourage the use of Vets2PM, especially if you are using Army Credentialing Assistance. They offer flexibility schedules; they also have career resources such jobs boards and resume development.

I used them for my Certified Manager. Passed with their materials. Looks like they phased that out, which is good, because it turns out it isn't a real industry recognized cert - that's on me though, not them. They take CA funding and aren't a scam, that's good enough for me.

I cannot recommend Vets2PM highly enough! My journey with project management started during my time in the Air Force, where I successfully obtained my CAPM and PMP. After retiring from the military, I turned to Vets2PM to achieve my PMI-ACP certification, and the results were life-changing.
The SkillBridge program was a total game-changer for me as it played a massive role in helping me land my first civilian job out of the military. The support from Cathy Miclat was incredible throughout that entire transition process. It is clear that under the leadership of Doc (Eric), Vets2PM is truly dedicated to veteran success.
The instructors are top-notch; specifically, Garrik Dennis provided excellent guidance, and while I can't recall every single name on the team, there were so many others who supported my success. I have been working with Vets2PM for certifications since 2019 and again in 2023. I earned my PMP thanks to Garrik and the whole Vets2PM team. They are an amazing bunch of individuals that helped walk me through the certfication process, provide resume assistance, and continuing education (PDU) resources. This bootcamp was a massive contributor to me passing the PMP. This course coupled with the study tips provided by Vets2Pm prepared me for the test but also inspired me to explore a new career path when my military service is over.
In 2023, my battalion hosted an in-person class through Vets2PM. To be honest, I did not particularly like the instructor- he told a lot of stories that took up a lot of our time, and didn't exactly cover the content as thoroughly as I would've liked. If I am remembering right, I think we had to skip some of the lessons at a certain point. Regardless, I was thankful to have had the in-person instruction. I later followed this up by completing the entire 35-hour online course by Vets2PM. This was helpful for me to have the more streamlined version of the content and helped hammer home the important information. I took the PMP after completing some more studying and passed on the 1st try. I definitely recommend Vets2PM and I appreciate that they have multiple different teaching methods available for students that prefer to learn in different ways.

VETS2PM was just the preparation I needed for taking the PMP certification exam. The instructor was very well prepared, related the military experience and converted into civilian terms and the tools available was on point. Could not have done this without VETS2PM.
Went through Vets2PM to prep for my PMP. I'm not really a "sit and read a textbook" type of person, so having the material broken down in a way that actually made sense and having an instructor that could correlate the project management material to how we execute in the military helped a ton. A lot of the PMP prep stuff out there feels like it's written for corporate project managers who've never worn a uniform, but this didn't feel like that at all.
Biggest shoutout though goes to how easy they made using my Army Tuition Assistance (Credential Assistance) to pay for it. I was honestly expecting to be the one chasing down forms and figuring out approval codes, but they walked me through the whole TA process step by step and I didn't have to guess at anything. Took way less time than I thought it would.
Passed the exam and don't have any regrets going this route. If you're thinking about knocking out your PMP, especially if you're Active Duty and getting ready to retire or ETS, just go with these guys, save yourself the hassle.
Worked with this organization a few years ago in preparation for the PMP exam. Attended a boot camp in the DC area and studied for another year, then passed the exam. Great support from their staff.
