If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! It was amazing. Very personable and kind men. Excellent at their job a pleasure to have them pack up my things
This was absolutely the worst move ever. They were instructed to put certain items in a POD for storage, and other items in moving truck. They completely mixed up the contents, and the needed items were now in a POD and the items I wanted in the POD were delivered to the new location. On top of this, one worker on the moving day was smoking pot and then I caught him napping in the truck. I asked them to not smoke pot at the home and on the job. One also proceeded to ask me for water and a food (both days on the job). After the move, they wanted to upcharge we for things I did not ask for. They also did not want to take any accountability for the mix-up of items, pot smoking AND them ASKING me for a tip after the mixed up the move. They offered me a small compensation which I told them was not going to be enough to replace the missing items. I called multiple times and they said that someone would be in touch with me. I received an email 2 days later asking for pictures of the "mix up" (truck and POD were both gone at this point). I returned their email and have NO response. NO accountability, workers smoking pot on the job, and who know what will be broken once the POD is finally delivered. BE VERY CAREFUL!

2. Staff that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable , and didn’t mind me stating where I wanted my items, they were cautious/careful, and respectful.

Moving company. These guys (all of them) are designed to deceive. Improperly quote so they can take longer to load and unload your belongings. They sent a 16’ truck instead of a bigger one knowing I had junk removal. No one comes out to do an estimate of how many items you truly have. They dissembled both my bed and a bunk wrong. They took screws out where they should not have and didn’t give them All back to me. They took 3 1/2 hour to pack up the tiny truck they sent (quoted for 2-3 hr) Plus charged me for a deposit that was supposed to be included in the final payment. So they stole from me and turned another cheek. Now When I call they do not answer. Not even hey how was your move? Not a reputable company to use. Please don’t let this be you. They didn’t even have time to re-resemble if they did they would’ve realized they took 6 screws out of a bed railing where they should not have (inexperienced). Deception is real and this company is apart of it. And don’t try to blame me. Take it up with God. Jesus saw Satan fall like lightning ⚡️ and so it will be me with Veterans Moving Company.

This review is inaccurate and misleading: the scope was reported as a very small move, then expanded on-site to a full home + storage, and the billing was challenged only after the workload quadrupled—all documented in our job record

• You informed our office you were moving a few items (under 10 pieces). On arrival, you expanded the job to a full home plus storage, effectively quadrupling the workload.
• We do not operate on “fine print.” We explain pricing verbally first, then provide a written estimate, then confirm again with a signed moving agreement before the move begins —so there are no surprises about hourly billing.
• The claim that we “stole” a deposit is false. Deposits are applied to the final invoice of the move which was verbally explained then sent in writing.
We made a good-faith effort to address your concerns, but it shifted into demands tied to public accusations. We fix legitimate, documented issues. We do not issue refunds based on pressure tactics or a rewritten narrative after services are delivered.
To prospective customers: we operate with transparency, documentation, and accountability—verbally and in writing—before the job begins.

Best moving company i have ever used and ive used alot. Tyrese, JT and Malik were absolute gentleman and I would recommend them to anyone they are the best , thank you for making this the smoothest move ever
The actual movers are such nice guys but that is the only thing I can say nice about this company.
We were moving our elderly aunt from one assisted living facility to a different room in the same facility.
We had them scheduled to arrive at 4pm on a Thursday (not by our choice, thats what they offered), at 5 pm they still were not there so we called them, we were advised they would ve arriving at 630 pm, at 7 pm we called again and said forget it and we would reschedule for the next day, at 815 p. They showed up but we turned them away. The next day we were scheduled at 1 pm (again, not our choice), at 115 pm I called them and was advised they would not make it until 245 pm, I expressed my frustration and said please just keep in contact with me, they did not and did not arrive until 415 pm.
In full transparency they did offer us a small discount but the poor management, timing and communication is beyond unacceptable and where we planned on using them for our future whole house move, we most certainly will not.

Tyrese and Xavier were wonderful—very skilled, friendly, and professional. They worked quickly and carefully and assembled our furniture. Veterans Move Florida gave us a great deal; their pricing was very reasonable, and the entire team was easy to work with. We were especially impressed that they even worked over Thanksgiving and showed up exactly when they promised the next day. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service, inability to help their customers after making mistakes and not listening to a customer. Charged a card I used for deposit after specifically telling them not to use it for final payment never contacted me to tell me that they were going to charge it nor were they able to resolve the issue when I contacted them. Not a professional company whatsoever. Uses subcontractors, and not internal employees.
