I ordered a flag and pole kit from this site and received the delivery quickly but the box was damaged in shipping and some parts were missing, contacted the Westbrook's and the issues are being corrected as I type this review, while the items are being reshipped to me, I have had multiple contacts from the Westbrook’s. Very pleased with customer service so-far.

I purchased A Casket Flag and Flag Case to house it in . I purchased it in Honor of my Dad that Severed in the United States Army I was very pleased with my purchase they did an excellent job on folding and placing the flag in the case I would buy from here again thank you Veterans Flag Depot

I made a purchase in later November, 2023. There was an error with the arrangement of the items ordered. The Westbrooks went above and beyond to take care of the situation and shipped out a corrected item straight away. That's what I call excellent customer service. It is so refreshing to find this in a company, where in many cases now a days, all you are left with is talking to an "Excuse Department". I definitely recommend purchasing from Veterans Flag Depot.
