Quick, efficient and professional service. The locksmith arrived on time and communication was excellent throughout, including a tracking option so I knew exactly when to expect them. Both locks were changed quickly and I was supplied with five sets of keys. Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend.

Very professional. Wasn't sure they covered my area but completed the online form and had a call within the hour. Was offered an appointment the same day. Was updated by text when engineer was due and was able to follow his journey. Job completed quickly and price was as quoted. Even cleaned up the drill site. Very impressed with both Katie and Julian. After calling out another locksmith who advised it would cost me £50 to get into my house, he then turned up and quoted me £180, so I said no thanks and called Veteran lock smiths, they quoted me £96, and that is what they charged, he very patiently picked my lock so there was no need for another one and I could still use all my old keys. Very polite, tidy and friendly would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Well done on providing a great affordable service.
Excellent service. I called them on Friday to fix a garage lock which had not been working for ages. They got back immediately, gave me a quote, and kept me updated via text messages to say when he would arrive.
The locksmith came round on Monday morning and fixed it. He also told me that a lot of garage thefts are chancers trying their luck with open garages like mine was.
All fixed now and no more sleepless nights. Great price, great communication, prompt solution and professional service. What more could I ask?

Very prompt turnout for what I thought was a faulty lock mechanism. Lock itself was ok, just the door needed re-alighning which was done. However that lasted only till the afternoon when the problem reoccured. I now know how to adjust the doors myself.... a useful but expensive 15 minute lesson.
Really impressive service. Very prompt, personable and professional, both from booking an appointment and when Julian came a few hours later. He is very knowledgeable and sorted out the problem quickly, giving excellent advice on future options, without being insistent. I would definitely recommend to others.

Good, professional and reliable service does exist in 2026. Phoned at late notice, Julian was with us within two hours when we were told he would be. He was pleasant and professional. Did the job. Would not hesitate to use this business again.
