SUNDAY emergency call out
Had an emergency with front door key stuck in lock to on a Sunday lunchtime! I called Veteran locksmiths and Julian said he would come out immediately. He arrived within 30 mins and saved the day ! I have used Veteran locksmiths on two occasions, on different properties, and both times have been very happy with their services and prompt arrival . Highly recommend them

I was seen on the day of my phone call. Julian was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was the problem and sorted it out efficiently and without any fuss. My experience of locksmiths has not always been positive and I thank Julian for restoring my faith! I recommend him and Veteran Locksmiths without hesitation.

Katie handled the initial inquiry with real professionalism and knowledge, and managed the booking, installation and billing with expertise; Murray (director) came and inspected the site and made recommendations for products suitable for my needs - his expertise and experience gave me the trust in his firm and products to proceed with my order; Marty (unsure if name is correct, sorry if not!) did the installation - he turned up on time, worked quickly, was polite, professional and helpful with advice on security. Following installation the place was left clean & tidy with instructions and a walkthrough of how to use the products.
Overall - very satisfied and priced competitively and therefore highly recommended!
