Excellent service - the locksmith arrived at the agreed time, assessed what was needed and popped back to the store to get the right replacement part and returned to fit it and re-align the doors quickly and neatly. Had a problem with a multipoint lock. Very prompt reply to initial enquiry and scheduled a visit for what was likely to be a replacement unit. Andy did a thorough inspection and decided it was adjustment of the door causing the problem. Quickly resolved the problem at very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them.
