Came with grandsons aged 7 and 11.
I was clueless about it all.
We were met by very friendly helpful staff who talked us thru the whole process and helped when needed during the hours session .
Will def return and would recommend to everyone at every opportunity.
An excellent venue with staff who are clearly passionate about their time there!

Me and my group of friends had so much fun. There were 9 of us and we were able to play together in the VR arena. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the overall experience was great. We will come back for more in the future.

It was our first time trying VR and we had a fantastic experience. The team was very accommodating and kindly rebooked our session when I accidentally selected the wrong date. The space itself is spacious and comfortable, and overall my kids (11 and 17) really enjoyed the experience.

Product quality is quite low , mainly appears as household quality rather than anything special. A shame

This was our first time here and we pre-booked online.
We were a couple of minutes late but they weren't phased and we're very welcoming.
Parking is tricky on a weekend but to be expected in this area of Milton Keynes.
We went for our kids birthday party. They did the spheres, 5d cinema (it was funny watching them on a screen) and an hour in the VR Arena. They loved it and the staff were always on hand for support we needed.
We had a few problems in the VR Arena but they were swift to be resolved.
My husband and I also did half an hour each in the arena which was so much fun. It was nice that all our headsets were linked so you could interact and join a game together.
We would definitely recommend Vertigo VR!

A lot of money but a great different day out. The kids have been wanting to do VR for ages so booked it for my son's birthday. They had a great day. All staff very friendly.

Family fun day out
We went as a family for our 10 year old’s birthday. It was a great experience. We’ve been a few times before, but today we went with our 2 younger children too and it was their first time. Ethan was very sweet and showed patience and kindness especially as the games are so immersive they got a bit scared. I appreciated that he was also younger so kids could feel comfortable with him, it’s good that there are younger workers who understand other kids. We really enjoyed ourselves - our kids are now asking to go for every birthday! Although it’s a more expensive activity it’s well worth it and definitely great value for money. The facilities are clean, equipment in good condition and comfortable for spectators to sit and chill. We will be coming back and I’d rather spend money on something they really enjoyed. We did the sphere and movie combo and 1hr gaming. The games are very immersive and there is a great selection to choose from. We’ll spend a bit more time on the gaming next time it was so good. Amazing VR experience! Vertigo VR Milton Keynes is the perfect spot for a fun afternoon. We tried the VR Ride and the multiplayer games, and everything was seamless. Great customer service and very clean facilities. The VR Sphere motion pods are a game-changer, and the headset quality in the VR Arena is top-notch. Highly recommend for team building or a weekend trip to the 12th Street Theatre District.

Had my son's birthday party there and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Communication was good and the facilities were great. When there was a fire alarm part way through the party, staff were calm and professional and added some extra time on the machines when we were allowed to return.

Visted this place with my husband and 9yr old son, we all absolutely loved it!
We did a combo package which included VR arena, sphere and 5d cinema.
The staff were very lovely people and we thank you all for a fun filled day 🙌

Superb experience with great helpful, very patient staff, suitable for young and old, chairs with coffee/refreshments for observers too, easy access with a lift and disabled parking close by too… whole experience very enjoyable and great fun, graphics are good and headsets are easy to wear, can get the hang of the buttons quite quickly too, lots n lots of game choices and 2 other experiences there too, well worth a visit indeed..
