Had an absolute blast at the VR place! The games are super immersive, and it’s so much fun stepping into different worlds and experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is easy to use even if you’re new to VR. A perfect spot for friends, family, or anyone looking for a unique and exciting adventure. Highly recommend!

We booked our son's 10th Birthday party here, all we heard the entire party was 'this is the best party I've ever been to'. Well organised and clean, lovely helpful/friendly staff. My grandsons enjoyed every minute, our first time in were were politely received and the assistants were fully knowledgeable, helping to make a fantastic fantasy in their minds for the rest of the day, and were talking about it deep into the night.

Brilliant activity for all ages and such a thrill!
I initially reviewed Vertigo VR in August. It was my first proper experience at VR gaming and the experience was so much fun that we all - husband and teenage nephew - decided to come back at half-term to enjoy it as a group. Once again I have to sincerely thank all the staff, starting with Connor, who helped me plan a booking specific to what we wanted to do (one hour gaming for us to try things individually, 5D movie and sphere then a 45min break to clear heads, get some air, have a snack ... then a second hour of gaming where we could do some of the multiplayer games as a group). Everything was planned easily and quickly via email, and paid in advance so all we had to do was arrive and play on.We were about 5-10mins late in arriving due to a road traffic accident, but the team were kind enough to let us have all our time as planned from when we got there. Darius was brilliant with the instructions and setting us up, and dealt quickly with one of the screens that stopped play unexpectedly.We enjoyed the 5D movie and sphere, though we'd probably want to do more of the sphere next time. Overall, though, our whole afternoon was just magic, and the team on duty couldn't have been more helpful - they really made our experience fantastic ... and yes, we will be back AGAIN!

Disappointing.
Disappointing.Although the equipment worked well, the service was poor. The two men on duty seemed more interested in their Reception computer screens than us. We left without the 5D cinema and the sweet treat we had paid for.

Great experience for 3x gamer teens.
I booked for 3 teen boys (ages 14). After calling for advice, I booked them 90mins in the arena + the Sphere and Cinema experience (5 mins in each).This was a perfect length session. The guys working there are super helpful and nice. The boys really enjoyed it and talked about it all the way home.

Great fun!
Such a fun hour for our grandsons aged 13 and 10! The staff have been incredibly kind and supportive as I had to change the booking twice due to an injury meaning I couldn’t drive them there. And today the staff were very patient explaining each of the experiences to the boys. We had booked a school holiday special which included a free soft drink as well as the 3 experiences. The boys loved it!2 of us were watching and you can get drinks and snacks while you do that. All in all, a great experience!Thank you ☺️
We thought we’d pop in and see what this place was like. I have an 11 and 13 year old who were getting a bit bored in the school holidays. They loved it. They both did the spheres and then we all did the cinema and we loved it, the girls loved it so much I booked them another on their own,

There’s a little refreshment area that does hot and cold drinks and chocolate bars etc for a quick snack.
We’ll be back for sure. Even better that it’s so close to the shopping centre for a bit of shopping afterwards.
