We had a large electric awning installed several years ago by vertical chimney. Recently, we had some issues with the original installation. Vertical chimney came out to care of the issues at no charge. The technicians were very professional as were the office staff I communicated my concerns to. Tom described a small crack in the backside of my lintel masonry, which I'll attend to. Tom and Dan are friendly, and work like pros. Good company, good service.

Tommy and CJ just finished replacing my whole fireplace and chimney set up including the logs, the inner chimney, new cap, starter etc. I am thrilled with the work. My new gas set up and damper will be so much easier for me and more beautiful for my personal consistently heavy use. The inside of the fireplace is gorgeous. I was happy you had Saturday installs but I was babysitting two little grandsons who were completely caught up in the whole process. Tommy and CJ were so gracious, friendly, and kept them safe. I met with six representatives from various companies to perform repairs to our chimney. Typically, they told me what they wanted to do. If I didn’t agree to what they wanted, they weren’t interested in doing the job. One guy just ghosted me after promising a proposal. Then, I met with Jason from Vertical chimney. He presented me with options I could review and decide from. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional without being “salesy”. I felt well informed as we discussed in detail the dimensions of the job. Jason would do the work with his colleague Eric. Jason and Eric did excellent work. I have done similar jobs in the past myself so I know good work when I see it. The highest complement I can pay Jason and Eric is they performed the work in the same way I would on my own house. Thanks again to Jason and Eric. I would advise anyone to not get your chimney work done until you spoke with the guys at Vertical chimney.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. After receiving a quote, I politely communicated that we were looking for something more affordable and even provided a realistic price range. The representative said he would look into other options—which I appreciated—and said he’d follow up. He called back a day later and I wasn’t able to answer due to personal circumstances, which shouldn’t even matter.
Instead of acting professionally or giving any meaningful update, I received a sarcastic text days later saying, “Great news!! Your order has been cancelled so you don’t have to get back to me. I have never dealt with anyone quite like you. Good luck.”
I’ve never encountered a business that treats a potential customer with such condescension and hostility simply for not responding immediately while weighing other options. If this is how they treat inquiries that don’t immediately lead to a sale, I can’t imagine the customer service after they have your money.
I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are too many respectful, professional businesses out there to waste your time here.

I had purchased a gas fireplace and needed it installed. I call Vertical Chimney Care for an estimate. Their prices were very fair and the work has been excellent throughout. Their guys were very clean themselves when they arrived, both days. The best part is they cleaned up after themselves, took away all the debris and left nothing for me to clean up afterwards.
The guys were very friendly and explained how to use it clearly! I highly recommend them on every level ⭐

Tom and Dan were absolutely great! This was my first experience with a chimney service of any kind, and I would 100% recommend Vertical Chimney. Tom and Dan were very clean and efficient, and even took the care to put on shoe covers and remove their shoes after I informed them that the floors had been recently refinished. I also appreciated that they set down a tarp. They were kind, on time, and patient with my many questions. Overall, a great experience - I will definitely call them again in the future.
