I had a part off a motor that was nylon and parts for it was long discontinued. Vertex managed to print me a new one and its working wonderfully without the need of having to purchase a whole new unit. They were extremely accomodating and professional. Would highly recommend!

So, I broke a small joint on an expensive toy (worth over $380 AUD) and was wondering what options I had... Discovered Vertex via Google and requested a quote for a replacement printed part. Not only did Kaidyn reply quickly, he understood my needs and had an extremely fast turnaround. Not only that, he went above and beyond and gave me extras in case the breakage happens again. Our new 2025 model hisense French door fridge has a design flaw whereby the door baffle does not fully retract when the left door is opened whilst the right door is already open. Vertex Manufacturing 3D printed me a new baffle guide with an extended tongue to ensure the door baffle was fully retracted under all circumstances. Fridge now works as expected. Kaidyn was excellent to work with. Original baffle guide is on the top in the photo and the new 3D print on the bottom.
