My motor blower went out during Labor Day weekend. I contacted a company that had serviced my unit in the past years, but they only had availability for the following week. At this point, my home was reaching the high 80s. I moved my family and continued to call other companies. Many wanted a deposit upfront with no set date, others had no availability and a few had poor customer service that discouraged me from moving forward with their business. I had lost hope and started to find a temporary solution like short-term stay with family. I came across Vertex Heating & Cooling and made one last call. A man with extreme professionalism answered and had me scheduled for first thing in the morning. I received a text and email shortly verifying the details of the appointment. The next day, I got a text when he was on his way. Juan arrived shortly after the text and quickly identified the problem. He told me exactly what the repair cost would be and got the motor blower replaced. After a few hours, we noticed our a/c wouldn’t drop to a certain temperature and I called them back. They said they could have Juan come back in about an hour and a half. Honestly, I didn’t think he would come back. 20 mins before the hour and a half was up, he called that he was on his way.
Recently, I had another concern with my unit and I didn’t hesitate to call Vertex. I left a voicemail around noon and within 10-15 mins he called back. My wife spoke to him and we were scheduled for same-day appointment. I received the same high level of communication as the first time. Juan explained everything in a way I understood and answered all the questions I had. Juan is a man of integrity.

Vertex with the save!! AC started acting weird last night and my house wasn’t cooling properly. Went outside and my pipes were freezing over, so turned off the system and just started going thru process of elimination. Changed out the filters cause maybe it’s an air flow issue and nothing. Went to turn on the system this morning and got absolutely nothing, no flow and pipes began to freeze again. So called around and couldn’t get anyone out here till end of day today. I did not wanna wait that long especially with a pet in the house. So my wife actually ended up finding this company in Buckeye (Vertex), not too far from where we live and I didn’t even have to wait 2 hours for them to show up. Juan was beyond professional, and very punctual, diagnosed the problem almost immediately (motor went bad.) and with a stroke of luck, they had a motor on hand, replaced it in less than one hour programmed everything and everything started working like normal again. The price was very fair (given how expensive everything is today) and got my AC unit up and running in no time. Even did me the courtesy of checking my refrigerant just for peace of mind flawless work. Thank you Vertex and Juan for your speedy response and excellent service!!

It's a blessing that came at the right time. My Pastor referred me to Vertex, three hours later Juan was at my house. What a great job he did. Professional, honest and reasonable. Don't hesitate call this company and you will get a good service.
