had such a great experience with my Botox treatment! The process was quick, comfortable, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for natural and refreshed, without looking overdone. EDIT to respond to owner's comment-
Not surprisingly the owner is not taking any accountability and many points need clarification:
1. I attended THREE sessions, not 4. The 4th was cancelled, due to the machine breaking again.
2. My complaint was that the machine kept starting and stopping and made the experience quite painful because it lasted so long-25 minutes for a tattoo the size of a nickel.
3. My tattoo was not "newer", it was a 7 year old tattoo.
4. And yes, my last visit was over a year ago. I EMAILED YOU on May 14, 2024 and also called and spoke to someone, and never heard back. For the owner to now claim I would have been "assisted at that time" is just lip service. Customer service would have been for you to assist me when I voiced my concerns multiple times in 2024.
FIRST POST: I can't speak to their other services, but I strongly recommend going elsewhere for tattoo removal. The 1st session was fine but during my 2nd session, the laser machine kept stalling, and the technician clearly didn’t know how to operate it. At one point, she had to leave the room to find someone else to assist her. As anyone who’s undergone tattoo removal knows, it’s already a painful process. So having it interrupted multiple times turned what should have been a 30-second procedure into a drawn-out 25 minute ordeal. Despite being assured that the equipment had been fixed, I returned for a 3rd session only to experience the same issues. I tried contacting the clinic multiple times by phone and email afterward but never received a response. I’ve since continued my tattoo removal elsewhere, with significantly better results. Tattoo removal is a delicate and painful process that should be handled by qualified professionals using reliable equipment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
According to our records, you completed four sessions, which is not enough for a newer, dark tattoo to fully break down. Successful removal typically requires more treatments, and results vary depending on tattoo age, depth, and color.
Our technician was properly trained and followed protocol. As with any advanced device, machines can occasionally experience technical issues, which we promptly address after a session to ensure consistent performance for future treatments.
Your last visit was over a year ago. If you had concerns, we would have gladly assisted you at that time. It’s very possible that your recent results came from the foundation we had already established during your sessions with us.
In the future, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can address any issues right away. Leaving a review more than a year later doesn’t give us the fair chance to resolve your concerns in real time.

Dana is the only person who did a thorough job at laser hair. Others burned my lip and left marks. Oh, and wait, when you use numbing cream, it causes burns on your skin? I was told this by my new laser hair center, and I wonder if this is the reason I was getting the burns. I was lucky to get a cream so I didn't have scars. Would not recommend for anyone. Also, very overpriced compared to other centers. Warning: don't waste your money on this center. Sure, you get velvet chairs and chocolates, but that comes at a heavy price: both cash and physical.
