From the moment I made contact, it was a great experience. They responded quickly and had someone out to provide a quote the very same day. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, but when we decided to move forward, the process was quick and effortless.
Andrew, Jim, and Matt arrived on time and made the installation experience enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and clearly enjoyed working together. It was refreshing to hear them joking and having fun while getting the job done, it created a positive atmosphere and showed how much they enjoy their work.
The installation was completed exactly as expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for air conditioning installation or service.

I called Saturday morning for a problem with the sump pump and by the end of the morning it was all fixed. Very happy with the service that Bryan provided, he diagnosed the problem, answered our endless questions, went to get the parts to fix the problem and installed them carefully protecting our property and keeping work space clean. Brandon was very professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose, took the cheater vent off and tested it then proceeded to find a slight blockage further down the line and put everything back together. Were very happy with the work and outcome.

Brandon was extremely professional. Very courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and diligent. He essentially saved our Christmas by fixing our furnace the same day I called (December 23) as we had a big pre-Christmas dinner planned for that evening.
His diligence and troubleshooting solved the issue in about an hour with no parts required, resulting in a fully functional furnace at very reasonable cost .
I definitely recommend.

Vernon air was very responsive. They dispatched Jeff the same day to fix a dripping shower head. He did an excellent job, and was very efficient, professional and polite while doing so. The office manager, Lenna, was equally good. Thanks very much.

I’ve used this company twice now and had a great experience both times.
The first time was for a leaking bathtub faucet. Since the parts were very old and replacement parts were not available, Jeff came up with a creative solution instead of recommending an expensive repair. It saved me a lot of money.
The second time was for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Jeff responded quickly, worked efficiently, and fixed the issue smoothly.
He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very professional. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend Jeff.
