Our furnace went down on Sunday and Brandon was there Monday to help figure out what was wrong. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable and professional!! He had us back up and running within an hour or so! Great job! :)

Brandon was amazing and came after hours to help me out and get this dishwasher install installed. The office staff answering the phone right to the installer Brandon, they were awesome. I highly recommend and I will use them again.

Great service, they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Jeff was great at answering all of my questions regarding the two plumbing issues and did a great job fixing the immediate problem in a short order.
November 27, 2025: another great experience with Jeff working on a leaky outdoor tap and shutoff; waiting for estimate on fireplace upgrade and parts for basement drain, and will update review once done.

Updating my review so, Brandon? Branden? Brandan?…. B-Dawg can get some credit. As always my favourite thing about this company is their transparency and consent (consent is sexy). Before starting his service B-Dawg explained the new fee schedule (1.5 hour minimum service bill) and ensured I was comfortable proceeding before starting. I of course said no problem, as I had extra laundry I figured he could help me fold (Note; he did not fold any laundry but did disconnect a hose in the backyard using his impressive pipe wrench).
Later, B-Dawg explained to me how to disconnect the toilet myself so that when my son flushes another toothbrush down the toilet (he’s autistic and my parenting is questionable, so, it will happen again) I can fix it myself. This sort of value added service and future savings is important to me as I have spent enough money on clogged toilets to have purchased myself several fancy cats, or one regular cat with chronic health issues.
Would recommend B-Dawg to family, friends, and pet owners everywhere!

Excellent furnace and HRV maintenance service! Vernon Air Conditioning was able to get Devin, their technician out to us very quickly.
