Robin was great at responding to a problem with a wasps nest in our roof in Berkhamsted. He came within an hour, which was brilliant. We could hear all the little scratching / prickling noises from inside the house but couldn't see any wasp activity outside. Robin quickly identified the entrance they were using and got to work. Unsure what animal had got stuck under a kitchen cupboard & how it got there making rustling sounds & squeaking I called Verminoff who attended within an hour to discover it was a fledgling bluetit that had moved through to the adjacent wall & now under bath ! Verminoff attended & very gently rescued the lost chick & set it free back to it's family! totally amazing service highly recommended! Thanks again Ellie
