2025 This was a great experience. Steven was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He was responsive and took good care of us. There was a large selection, and we were shown a variety of choices to work within our budget.

Really amazing customer service loved that it’s by appointment only because then they only focus on you and help you while not needing to worry if someone else walks in which is amazing we got our mattress really happy with our purchase would be recommending to family and friends and will be coming back if need too (:
In my recent experience, I encountered a significant issue with a mattress purchase. After purchasing a mattress from Steven a few months ago, I discovered that it was defective within a few months. This was unexpected, as I had not anticipated such a short timeframe for the defect to manifest.
Upon contacting Steven, I was directed to the support team. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my emails from the support team. While they were willing to collect the payment, they have not taken any action to address the defective mattress.
The mattress is defective in several areas, causing discomfort and back pain. It is far inferior to the one that was shown at the warehouse. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing mattresses from this retailer.

The showroom is easily located a few minutes off the freeway and there are plenty of mattresses to try out and see which one you like. I didn't know this, but there is a mattress that is also a massager! And there is a mattress that allows each individual to sit up or lay down, independent of the other side of the bed. These are options for couples, when one person is watching TV and reading, the other is sleeping. Excellent choices also for homebound, or those recovering from surgery. Also some sort of "cooling" feature that seems good for night sweats/hot flashes or anyone who runs hot when they sleep. The prices beat the competitors and the business is family owned and local. Check it out for your next mattress purchase. I believe this is also financing options available, but I don't really know, you need to ask.
I discovered Mattress by Appointment Ventura on Instagram and had such a great experience! Communicating with Stephen to set up an appointment was super easy. The process itself was so relaxed—he wasn’t overbearing at all. Stephen took the time to sit down with us and ask about our preferences, gave us a quick tour of the showroom, and let us look and feel each mattress at our own pace. The whole experience felt peaceful and stress-free. We left with a mattress we love, and I totally recommend this place!
