The reviews are all accurate. The warmth and sense of care here is amazing. Everyone does anything they can to make the experience better, the foot massage was sensational and they use a steamer which I’ve never had before. It was exceptionally relaxing and I’m so pleased with how my pedicure turned out. A huge thanks to Hannah and the team. This will definitely be my regular!

Highly recommend. Hannah and Tiffany were both lovely and the space is very clean and relaxing. They don’t offer acrylic so it also doesn’t have that horrible nail salon smell.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smile and a genuine sense of care. The team made me feel so special and welcomed it wasn’t just about getting my nails done, it was about the whole experience.
I learned so much about nail care today! Tiffany was incredible, she recommended the perfect gel for my nails and explained why it was the best choice for strength and shine. That level of knowledge and attention to detail really impressed me.
Now, let’s talk about the nails! The precision was next-level, the cuticle work was flawless, the shaping was elegant, and the gel application was smooth and even. The finish? Glossy, glass-like perfection with a classy touch that makes me feel confident and chic. Every detail was handled with care, and you can tell they truly love what they do.
I also had a lash lift done today, and I tell you, the whole experience was the BEST! In the past, getting my lashes done was painful, and I would cry throughout. But Velvet completely changed that for me. Hannah made sure I was comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. No pain, no discomfort, just pure relaxation and amazing results whe I say results I mean my lashes looked so beautiful and natural, THANK YOU, Velvet Team! I will definitely be seeing you again next year.
