I just wanted to take a moment to pass on some positive feedback about Brad, who delivered our item yesterday. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, punctual and incredibly helpful throughout the delivery. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process very easy. I know people are often quick to share feedback when something goes wrong, but not nearly as quick to acknowledge when someone does a fantastic job. Brad is certainly deserving of that recognition, and I wanted to make sure his efforts didn't go unnoticed. Please pass on my thanks to him. He represented Vault exceptionally well, and it was genuinely a great customer experience.

I would definately recommend this service, the Vault is well made and waterproof, delivered and collected professionaly and at the agreed times. Dealing with the office was pleasant and stress free. It was a great solution for my shorterm storage issues.

Don't even think twice about using Vault, with what ever you need moved. I made a few other calls. But I'm so glad I called them. Thanks to all the friendly guys and girls at Vault for making a difficult move as easy as possible for me. Awesome, awesome, awesome, company to deal with. Don't bother calling anyone else.

Great service, quick delivery (the very next day!), clean storage box, great to have the packing boxes delivered too, friendly staff. So easy to have the vault onsite, rather than have to take items to a storage facility while we renovate.

Vault self storage are a lifesaver! I spoke with Sonia and she has done so much to help me in a stressful situation right before Xmas. She has been so kind to me and my family - off the charts. These guys are amazing!! I’ve had some shocking experiences from previous removalists and I’m glad to say the guys at Vault Storage did me proud! They showed up on time, were careful not to ruin any property with the boxes and were super efficient, organised and friendly! A triple win in my books. The girls at the office were also super friendly and helpful which is a definite plus. I’d hands down recommend this company to anyone looking for a movable storage option for their home or office. I’d give a 10/10 but can only give a 5. Keep up the amazing work guys!!
