Mama Nina’s cooking experience
Mama Nina and Mikel were wonderful, so lovely to spend time with and learn Albanian cuisine. Our fellow students were so fun to talk to and learn about their travel experiences in Albania and overall. The food was so delicious and overall was an incredible experience. Highly recommend!!!
Interessante gidsbeurt met een zeer vriendelijke gids. Engels was niet altijd goed verstaanbaar, maar is ook mijn moedertaal niet. Uitleg was nogal in detail als het over bouwtechnieken ging. Bezoek was nogal op het kasteel gericht, terwijl de beschrijving ruimer liet denken(ook bv. oude stad).

Mina and Mikel were wonderful, welcoming and hospitable hosts who created a fantastic experience for us. More than just a city tour
A fantastic tour that deserves much more attention! We expected a short city walk but ended up spending almost four hours exploring Berat, its history, culture, food, and wine. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting stories about Berat and Albania. The local snack included during the tour was much more than we expected, and the wine tasting at the end was the perfect finish. It's a great way to experience Albanian wine without leaving the city. If you want to discover Berat while also enjoying its culinary side, I highly recommend this tour!
We booked a tour to the Bogovë waterfall and a float through the Osum canyon - wow! Both were amazing and our guide Igi was really informative and knowledgeable about Albanian history, culture and so much more. The canyon float was really spectacular - we had the canyon to ourselves. Lunch at the takeout spot was perfect - Igi knew exactly how to make the day go smoothly.
