Vanguard Behavioral Health truly saved my life. When I came in, I was struggling with mental health and substance abuse, and I didn’t see a way forward. This program gave me structure, support, and the tools I needed to rebuild myself.
More than that, it gave me purpose. Today, I have the opportunity to help others who are going through the same battles I once faced. That means everything to me.
I’m grateful for the staff, the support, and the chance to start over. This place didn’t just help me recover, it helped me find direction and meaning in my life.

after years of dealing with mental health and substance abuse and trying multiple treatment facilities, nothing was working for me. Once I arrived here, it was one of the hardest things I ever did, but they really helped me focus on the trauma and issues that I was running from that I was using Substances to hide instead of focusing on the substance, they focused on the issue that was creating me to want to use substance and it’s changed my life and I’m forever grateful
