Vance Heating called us to schedule our annual appt to check our heating and cooling systems for spring. Adam came to our house, with advance notice. He asked about any issues. He got our approval to do the annual maintenance and then provided the service. Adam gave us information about optional services or upgrades. He was here for approx 1 hr. We are happy with the service Vance Heating & Air Conditioning provides.

Todd came out to give advice and an estimate for air conditioning, cooling. He was on time, very thorough and explained things well. Most appreciated was his follow up. I received my estimate by mail and email. He also kept in touch via text and phone, not pushy but kept things going as I have been very busy. In general very helpful.
