Always great service and reliability from the Vance team! Chris was thorough in going over the bi-annual service call to be provided, and then reviewed the evaluation with me. I have a new AC and gas heater that are barely a year old, so there were no surprises on their utility after evaluation. I've been with Vance for over a decade and will continue to do so as long as their great service continues!

I went online on a Monday night with Vance and booked an appointment for 2 days out for my condo's ancient AC unit. It was 82° in my condo that evening in Yakima's 90° weather, and I had just turned 80 years old. But the next morning I got a call from Vance and had tech Carlos here Tuesday afternoon. Vance could not wish for a better employee. Carlos' attitude is that no matter how old the equipment is -- AC or furnace, he can fix anything! I could really use a heat pump, but Carlos replaced a capacitor for the compressor on my AC unit, and after finding bare wires in my old furnace, an obvious fire hazard, he replaced them. He had presented me with 3 options of increasingly cost effective fixes for both my AC unit and furnace, and left me with my AC cooling and my furnace safe that afternoon. My very grateful thanks to Carlos and Vance.

Vance has been servicing our house and my mom’s house for a few years now and they have been great. The technicians are always prompt, professional and friendly, and knowledgeable, talking through and options for repairs, upgrades or needed maintenance. Carlos, Makala, Adam, and Doug are all wonderful. We selected Vance to install a whole new system at mom’s house when her AC went out this past summer and the whole process was fast and smooth. We have both houses signed up for their monthly payment maintenance plan which is great. It essentially covers two service/maintenance visits a year but you get a discount on any repairs or upgrades. I never have to remember to call and schedule service appointments. They remind me when it is time. We have a super old system and they never try to push you into upgrades when the system is working fine. Based on my experience, I trust them and would highly recommend.

Our A/C went out, so we called around to get some bids. Mike showed up on time and was so kind and professional. He explained everything and wasted zero time. He promptly gave us our bid, which was reasonable, and followed up later. This is more than I can say for some of the other folks that came out. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.
