We recently contracted Valor for a much-overdue roof replacement after seeing the fantastic job they did on our daughter's home. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. We worked directly with Jack Pullins, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially when it came to selecting the perfect roof color. The roofing crew arrived on time each day, worked long hours to get the job done efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward. There was no debris or sign of their work left behind, other than a beautiful new roof! I have posted before and after pictures to show the transformation from the front of the house. Valor did an excellent job replacing my roof. Their PMs were very attentive and available anytime during our 2 day installation. The installers were very thorough and respectful of the property. To date, I haven't found a piece of debris from demo and construction. I highly recommend valor and will be using them for a few other projects I have planned in the future.

They advertise free estimates for your roof. But the free estimate only applies if you use your home owners insurance and sign a contract with valor guaranteeing that they get the work. If you want them to come and give an estimate they charge $475 dollars for their “free estimates”. They try to make it seem reasonable by telling you it goes towards the cost of repairs if you choose them. Disappointed with the bare and switch advertising.

Valor replaced our original roof (40+ years old). Everyone we dealt with, -- from the original salesperson, project manager, and the crew that completed the job, was extremely professional and courteous. The job was completed in 1 day, and we are extremely pleased with the final product. Valor's use of GAF shingles, underlayment, and cap system, and the Valor warranty, made our choice of Valor as our contractor, easy. I would highly recommend Valor, for any roofing replacement. We like the fact that Valor gives back to the veteran community. Outstanding job folks!

The sales man was very nice talkative and good the down fall was the workers it was two people from down south non spoke English we paid for one kind of wood to replace all the bad wood witch was a lot they came out with the worng wood and only 2 half sheets of it witch was not enough so we had to augment with them still don't know if they replace all the bad wood yet. One brought his girlfriend or wife with them it was very unpleasant and Unprofessional I have a inspection coming in spring if something is worng in the work then more steps will be taken
