Valley Medical Weight has been a crucial part of my weight loss journey. I have been able to loose a pounds and maintain weight even though I have some off days. Staff is awesome, and knowledgeable, especially Jacqine. I have never experienced long wait times. I even get peptides here. Before and After pictures coming soon😃

Had a great first visit! Everyone was so friendly and sweet. Alejandra assisted me and she was just the best. Felt like talking with a friend! She was very knowledgeable, gave great advice and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was also amazing and easy to talk to. Thank you to everyone for making this easy!

Walked in at 5:40 and was refused service because they wanted to go home. The girls at the reception said we stop taking people at 20 till and that it was on the door and pointed to the door. When I questioned where, they studdered with no answer. It is NOT on the door. picture is attached. Two girls standing at the front desk were doing nothing but talking. I'm not a new patient. I was picking up something that I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.
UPDATE after response - Don't forget to add a sign on the door so the girls actually have something to point to.
I also stopped coming here. If you look up potters house apothecary they have a list of helpful doctors you can go to.

We understand your frustration. It's not the reception making the rules for cut off time. They simply follow them. If a patient needs to go thru the process of seeing a medical assistant AND a physician consult, it's a lengthier process so they do have to follow the policy we've put in place over the past 10 years. We know it's frustrating once you have already driven over here to be turn away but hope you understand our need to abide by our cut off policies. We do value your time and you as a patient so hope to see you back.
This is my first time going and Andrea has made me feel so at ease. She made me so comfortable, she really shows she cares. Thank you
