Josh is very good at what he does. I have done multiple home inspections for my past homes and so far no one has ever been this easy and most comforting to deal with.
He asks you right away if there are any areas of worry, and then he walks through every single area with you. He waits till all your questions and concerns are handled first. Then when he brings you round to show you his areas of concerns he makes sure you fully understand each of them and the why behind it.
