Great guys, g super friendly. You may need to wait awhile to actually depart the airport like we did, about 20 minutes or so. Also be sure to look for just the Company logo when you land vs your own last name.

I used Vallarta Transfers for a round-trip transfer from the airport to our hotel, about 40 minutes away, and they exceeded every expectation. I needed to stop at two local places—one on the way to the hotel and one on the way back to the airport—which were not typical tourist stops. I had been coordinating with local shops to pick up custom boots, and Vallarta Transfers accommodated everything perfectly. At every stop, the driver waited with our vehicle, made sure our luggage was safe, and was incredibly patient and professional. They were also very flexible and accommodating when I needed to make time changes. Hands down, the best service we experienced in Puerto Vallarta. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Our resort recommended Amstar, but I’m so glad I didn’t go with them—Amstar was nearly double the price. I highly recommend doing your own research and using Vallarta Transfers for all your transportation needs in Puerto Vallarta. ___ Usé Vallarta Transfers para un traslado redondo del aeropuerto a nuestro hotel, a unos 40 minutos, y superaron todas mis expectativas. Necesitaba hacer dos paradas en lugares locales —una camino al hotel y otra de regreso al aeropuerto— que no eran paradas turísticas típicas. Estuve coordinando con tiendas locales para recoger unas botas hechas a la medida, y Vallarta Transfers se adaptó perfectamente a todo. En cada parada, el chofer esperó con el vehículo, se aseguró de que nuestro equipaje estuviera seguro y fue increíblemente paciente y profesional. También fueron muy flexibles y accesibles cuando necesité hacer cambios de horario. Sin duda, el mejor servicio que tuvimos en Puerto Vallarta. Todos fueron amables, profesionales y genuinamente atentos. Nuestro resort nos recomendó Amstar, pero me alegra no haber ido con ellos —era casi el doble de caro. Recomiendo ampliamente hacer su propia investigación y usar Vallarta Transfers para todas sus necesidades de transporte en Puerto Vallarta.
