I've had the pleasure of getting to know the team at Valet Parking Pros, and they're genuinely wonderful people to work with. They're professional, friendly, and truly care about creating the best possible experience for their clients. It's clear they take a lot of pride in what they do!
Just had our wedding the week before and wanted to hire a shuttle for all the family at our airbnb. Jonny was very easy to get ahold of throughout the booking process and afterward. Our driver was on time and made all the necessary trips to get all of us safely back. Would highly recommend to save the hassle of driving and figuring all of that out.
My organization had a great experience with Valet Parking Pros for our fundraiser. The valet staff were on time, courteous, and professional.

Professional, on-time and friendly. The valets were communicative and helpful, and the shuttle drivers knew where to be and what to do. Communicated when they were about to go over-time, too. Would hire again!

Thank you for the fun review! We’re so glad Anthony made the ride to and from the venue a great time, playlist included.
The entire experience was great - from planning which included a site visit, to the preparation & then the event itself, Parking Pros lived up to their well earned reputation.
Their team arrived early, dressed up & ready to welcome my guests. At the end of the event, cars were delivered timely & professionally. It wasn't an easy task given that I live in the Hollywood Hills where parking is always a challenge.
Thank you!

While many valet companies failed to respond to my inquiries when we were planning our party, Johnny picked up the phone right away, had us scheduled that same day at a reasonable price, showed up on time (meaning 30 min early) for the function, had an excellent 3-person crew assigned for the event, and was very responsive to our questions throughout the process. We will definitely use them for our next party!

Had an amazing experience being driven by Alan. Not only was the drive smooth and comfortable but his welcoming energy and friendly conversation was very appreciated after a long shift. I hope I’m able to be a passenger again in the future!

Thanks so much, Hannah! Friendly service is what we're all about, and we're happy it showed.
These people are liar, They scratch my car wheels and they won’t take responsibility. Be very careful with this valley service., When they brought my car back, the wheel was scratched and they take no responsibility,
Those people are not honest they take your car for joyride and they don’t take a responsibility, There were servicing a Party, When I took my car back, my car felt like it’s been hit to the curb or being dropped on a hole. The whole alignment is off tire has a low pressure and they won’t take any responsibility.,
Be careful with these people they’re not truthful and honest
We hired Valet Parking Pro's for a grand opening of a Book Store in an area in LA that was very hard to find parking. They showed up early to set up, were very respectful to all guests in attendance, and never had any issues finding parking! I would hire them again in a second!!

I've had the pleasure of working with Valet Parking Pros for a wedding recently in Long Beach, specifically Ruben Rangel and his team Francisco, Judith, & Jose. Ruben was exceptionally communicative, made sure that him and his team were early to make sure they were in the right place, directed all guests the way they should be directed, and was very personable which is something I appreciate and look for when working with wedding vendors. I highly recommend Valet Parking Pros - if you can, please request Ruben!
