Start to finish, FIVE STAR all the way! Jenna and Trevor always provided guidance and assistance in a timely manner. The work crew was courteous, professional and thorough in the performance of their responsibilities. Always arrived as scheduled and never left without completing a review and cleanup of the area. The new cabinets and countertops have helped transform the kitchen into a sleek modern component of my home. It’s obvious Valencia strives to put the customer needs first, and they totally succeed. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

We had Valencia replace our countertop and backsplash as part of a larger kitchen update. Trevor did a great job with the initial consultation all the way through the final steps. The installers did a perfect job with the install and their input was appreciated. I cannot recommend enough.

We had such an amazing experience working wtih Valencia and would without a doubt recommend to everyone - after we had to cancel our countertop order with another company due to miscommunications, we were trying to quickly find another reputable company to help get out kitchen project back on track fast and efficiently. Valencia got the ball rolling for us immediately and from the initial time to contact them until the actual install was only about 3 weeks. Customer service is prompt and easy to communicate with, and everything from templates to install was seamless. Can't recommend enough! Very happy with our countertops, they complete our kitchen.

We had an amazingly smooth experience with Valencia. Jenna was so helpful, responsive, and friendly and kept us in the loop through the entire process. It was nice to work with a local business and be able to go to the shop in person to view samples. I was also super impressed by the installers; our countertops look fantastic and everything was sized perfectly. We have worked with probably 12 different contractors and vendors throughout our renovation process and our experience with Valencia was the best by far!

Our countertops came out beautifully. Our house is very old and structurally there were challenges but Valencia was amazing. They were very responsive and thorough through each step of the process. Everyone from Kim & Erica in the office to the craftsmen who measured, templated, cut and installed the countertop were very professional and listened to what we were looking for and worked with our construction schedule. We recently had our kitchen cabinets refinished. We had our countertops replaced with Quartz by Valencia. We visited their new showroom and they had a nice selection to choose from. Kim was very helpful with the selection answering all questions and allowing us to take samples home. After making our selection of the quartz and new sink, things really went very smoothly. The very precise measurements were taken and in about one week the countertops and sink were installed beautifully. The installation team were highly experienced and all work was completed as promised. You can trust that you will get your job done properly as we did.
