I've been taking my APR tuned TTS to Cameron and the team for 18 months now. Best mechanic I've been to! Service and communication is excellent and my car runs like a dream. Even have my daughter taking her car there now which is testament to the work and service they provide.

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. These guys truly go above and beyond! They are knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain everything in detail. They are honest and straight up and took me through each individual charge. I felt completely at home and reassured by their friendly and professional approach. It is always intimidating as a women walking into a mechanic, who doesnt have a clue. They made it so easy and comfortable. Their work is top-notch, and they always go the extra mile. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

After countless issues servicing my ‘Mum wagon’ under warranty at a number of dealerships, I’d had enough of being misled. I was on the hunt for a Euro specialist when I stumbled across On The Ball Automotive. The brief: complete a log book service, diagnose a persistent coolant leak and conduct an out of warranty inspection for peace of mind. The result: a healthy car and one very happy customer! Cam was an absolute delight to deal with, and took fabulous care of my second baby. Post-service, Cam even took the time to explain the service, providing me with next steps for when dealing with VW for a warranty claim. Cam’s honest advice and competitive pricing put him above the rest. I won’t take my car anywhere else (and coming from a family with a retired mechanic, that says a lot)! It’s always a pleasure to deal with Cam, and I’m forever grateful to have found a reliable, hardworking and standout mechanic on the Northern Beaches!
