Watch what they tell you because some info that they say to u is false. Bevon Reid actually help with solving my problem because I was highly upset with the female who fed me a bunch of bull in the beginning. Wish I knew her name I would warn everyone not to even have a conversation with her. She needs to get a new profession quick.

Buyer beware. This company will harass you almost daily trying to pressure you into upgrading after you’ve already spent thousands with them. The second you decline buying MORE packages, their attitude completely changes. They become rude, curt, and unprofessional. I was literally hung up on just for expressing concerns about how disrespectfully I was being spoken to after declining additional sales offers.
What’s worse is they don’t even honor the upgrades they sell you. I was specifically promised that if I paid an additional $798, I would no longer have booking fees and would only need to attend ONE presentation. I paid it — and guess what? I’m STILL being charged booking fees and STILL being asked to attend presentations on almost every trip.
They also never seem to have the room sizes they promised available. They ask how many people you travel with during the sales process, sell you this luxury dream, and then when it’s time to actually book, suddenly those accommodations are “unavailable.” Instead, they try to stick you in smaller, less luxurious rooms that are nowhere near what was promised.
I genuinely regret ever signing up with this company. The entire experience feels built on aggressive sales tactics and taking advantage of trusting people. Their behavior is volatile, rude, and completely unprofessional.
And don’t trust all the glowing reviews either. Right after they sell you the package, they pressure you to leave a 5-star review while you’re still caught up in the sales pitch. Later, once they already have your money and you stop buying more upgrades, they treat you terribly.
I wish I had never signed up.
