Only giving a 5 star review because I know it reflects the customer service agent Abisai Aguirre who I believe did all that he could to resolve the situation and made every attempt within the scope of what he could do to remedy a situation that was at no fault of Monster but of one of their partners Booksi.
I did want to take the time to share my experience that lead to my interaction with Monster incase anyone scanning reviews is considering using their partner Booksi.
My Experience: I had purchased a 5 night stay package in Nashville. After a year of having it decided to try to book something. Had been unable to book during some trips I was going to be in Nashville due to short notice (I wont blame booksi for that) so had I decided to book a trip several months in advance.
When I booked I had confirmation numbers, If i logged in to the reservation screen it said booked.
I have has this reservation booked for 1-2 months already.
I received 0 notifications that indicated that there was anything incomplete with my reservation.
The reservation was for one of their Hyatt Properties in July of this year.
Yesterday I attempted to get the address of the hotel from my reservation. And even though on multiple screens on the Booksi platform it said Booked. (Nothing indicating anything was incomplete) Only one page said the reservation was not complete till I called in.
So I called in. & of course I get directed to their partner Monster to handle the reservation and confirmation.
When I called in I was told I was intelligible because I had previously purchased a package with Wyndham?? (This package I did not get a chance to do the stay because I was a couple months short of it expiring and there wasnt availability or way I could book past the expiration date)
Anyone familiar with rewards partnerships will likely ask about why staying at a wyndham would matter if the reservation was at a HYATT property and not Wyndham? Evidently Wyndham is the only time share partner Booksi uses in the Nashville market... but have the people stay in a hyatt?
Had I not of called yesterday because I was getting details for some friends who were also going to be in Nashville at the same time, I would have likely got to the hotel on the date of the reservation assuming everything was booked & fine...Only to be told ineligible. Without any notifications/communication that anything was incomplete. Only in possession of confirmed booking #s.

0/5 for Booksi.
0/5 for Wyndham & Wyndham Rewards. (Really sad to say this where I had been a diamond with them for years.)
5/5 for Monster doing the best they could to remedy the situation and doing their best to offer alternatives.

I have been using monsterrg for a few years now... the vacation packages are awesome and you can have a ball at an efficient cost.
Well.. I needed some help planning my next trip (SHOUT OUT TO MY Goddaughter for making a 1550 on her SAT prompting this trip!)
Rosie was patient... kind.. took her time to look up my information. She didn't get a negative attitude when I asked a Thousand questions lol GREAT JOB! CONGRATULATIONS on completing training! You're Doing so great! Keep it up!

When I called in to Monster reservations, I was lucky to get the best representative Candace Bowe. She took her time, answered all my questions and explained everything in a manner that left no doubt that she loves and believes in her company as the best in the industry. Unfortunately I had the worst experience. Do not trust this company!!! When I reached out to find out more information about an online offer, they told me that the dates I was looking for were not available. However if I got an upgrade to their premium package, I will have access to more rooms with availability for the specific dates I was looking for. I was very specific, that the only reason I was considering booking with them was IF they had availability for those specific dates.
Long story short, after I upgraded to the premium package, I was transferred to the reservations department and I was told that there was no availability for the dates that I needed.
All this happened within 10-15 mins. So again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I received a call to confirm my vacation that I was supposed to take. When I told them I didn't have a credit card my vacation was cancelled. I was put on the phone with a girl named Jennifer. She explained that the vacation was cancelled because I didn't have a major credit card. I was crying from being so upset. She was very patient and understanding about my situation. She remained on the phone with me and helped me to calm down and think clearly. She did a great job handling a difficult situation. I'm so glad she was the one who I had the privilege to talk to.
