I haven't had the chance to book yet as it needs to be a time that my husband is available as well for the presentation, but the rep I spoke to (Alaijah Thornton, she was 5/5 stars) was absolutely wonderful. A friend of mine has gone through this company for vacations several times with his wife and children, and hes always had a good experience.

Spoke with Rep: Carlarae Greer to book 1st trip of our Monster Travel package. Carlarae was helpful as she could be in the limited time I'm sure she was given. Really wish Monster Travel would be less in a hurry to move conversation and process bookings. It is difficult to provide mediocre or even good customer service when the goal is to sell, and promote travel packages instead of answering questions and providing details to customers who have already purchased packages.

Have not taken a trip through them yet, but called in to get clarification on reservations. Alaijah Thornton was great to speak with as she was extremely helpful, nice, and funny. I hope to get her again when I call back to make the reservations.

I was told to call back in a few days to see if the destination is wanted had any new inventory. I asked if there wasn't could I get a refund and was told Yes. When I called back 3 days later, there still wasn't. I asked to cancel and get my refund but was told it was past the 72 hour window and no refund could be given. After much discussion, Robert F. was able to get approval to trade my 4 day/3 night trip to Cape Cod to a 8 day/7 night trip to any of Monster RG locations and was able to extend my travel time to unlimited. This helped me a lot! Robert F. went the distance in customer service to make things good with me.
