This is a real travel reservations group. Having said that the reviews are definitely a scam. They know that they will get bad reviews so they solicit customers for reviews before they have even taken a vacation. I purchased a travel package and in fact am writing this review from the resort that they sold me. I am in Florida where the temperature is 90 degrees at 8:30 pm. Guess what? The air conditioning doesn't work properly and the hotel says that it's an older building and they cannot do anything about it. I called Monster as well and they said that they cannot help. This is truly bogus

We had to cancel our reservation. We tried for 2 days to get someone on the phone. It was always busy or unable to leave a msg. Sent an email, received a response saying our deposit will NOT be refunded even though our confirmation email states it is refundable. Deposit down the drain. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SALES PITCH!!!
