Overall had a great experience. Wanted to get checked since I have some preexisting things but my doctor is a bit out of the way. I appreciated the doctor who attended me and solid suggestions.
Also, bedside manner was top tier. Having a relatable doctor made me feel at ease with giving context and work through explaining some of my symptoms.
On another realized the suggested restaurant I mentioned wasn't Venezuelan it was Peruvian (just fyi to the attending physician).
Love to give credit when credit is due. Cannot say enough about how sweet and accommodating the staff is here. Dr. P so lovely and such a good listener and so intuitive and while receptionists often get a bad rep, these women nailed it. Urgent care can be weird but SO happy that this is my neighborhood office.

It was a very good experience and I’m pleased. The staff was friendly and kind. I felt like I was being cared for and that my needs were a priority for them. The issue I came in for was resolved by the knowledgeable medical professionals. Once I was seen I got very individualized and prompt service. I needed to get a prescription and the staff contacted my pharmacy before I left the premises and by the time I got home I could order the meds to be delivered to me the next day. I would highly recommend this urgent care office.
All the staff are incredible. Doctors are amazing. My gratitude.
